How to Book Your Babyshower Decor Setup

To book your babyshower décor, please follow the steps below. Each design category is selected separately to allow for full customization of your event.

  • Step 1: Select Your Guest Table Setup

    This option is for the guest seating area. Choose from Basic, Premium, Deluxe, or Luxury to coordinate with your overall babyshower design.

  • Step 2: Select Your Focal Point Design

    Choose your focal point package level (Basic, Premium, Deluxe, or Luxury), then select Option 1 or Option 2 within your chosen tier.

Each selection is combined to create your complete babyshower setup. Pricing is based on the options selected in each category.

PACKAGE SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Clients who book one of our decor packages will receive all items as listed in their selected package. However, items may be substituted, removed, or replaced based on requested add-ons or customizations. Substitutions will be made at the discretion of Extraordinaire Affairs LLC to maintain a cohesive design and ensure overall value alignment.

Items may be exchanged for alternatives of equal value. If the requested changes exceed the package value, additional fees will apply.

Please note: All adjustments or substitutions will be communicated and confirmed with the client prior to finalizing the setup.

To make your event as stress-free as possible, we offer flexible payment plans including Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay, and more, so you can pay over time.

Please note that additional fees may apply for add-ons such as extra balloons, throne chair rentals, treat cart rentals, treat wall rental, adult table rentals, adult chair rentals, chiavari chair rentals, champagne wall rentals, marquee letters, inflatable rentals, customized items, mascots, and concession rentals. These items are only included in select package deals.

TRAVEL FEES

Extraordinaire Affairs would love to provide services to you whether you are near or far. We are currently located in the Middle GA area and we require a travel fee for all events. View our rates below!

TRAVEL RATES:

  • Under 25 miles - No Travel Fee
  • Under 30 miles round trip - $75
  • 30+ miles - $2/per mile
