At Extraordinaire Affairs, we offer flexible payment options for your convenience. Full payment is not required at the time of booking unless your event is less than 30 days away, in which case full payment will be due at the time of booking.
To secure your event date, a $100 non-refundable retainer fee is required, along with a signed booking contract. The retainer will be applied toward your total balance.

- UP TO 15 GUEST - Prices start at $600
- UP TO 35 GUEST - Prices start at $850
- UP TO 50 GUEST - Prices start at $1,200

Prices are subject to increase based upon your request of add-ons. There is a rate of $20/each additional guest.

PACKAGE SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Clients who book one of our decor packages will receive all items as listed in their selected package. However, items may be substituted, removed, or replaced based on requested add-ons or customizations. Substitutions will be made at the discretion of Extraordinaire Affairs LLC to maintain a cohesive design and ensure overall value alignment.
Items may be exchanged for alternatives of equal value. If the requested changes exceed the package value, additional fees will apply.
Please note: All adjustments or substitutions will be communicated and confirmed with the client prior to finalizing the setup.

Client consultation, Design plan, Table settings (table cloths, chair covers, napkins, etc.), 4 dozen Party Favors, Thank You Cards/Menus, Centerpiece, Backdrop, Draping, Pipe & Drape Rental, Travel, Labor, & (2)Kids Tables w/ (10)Kids Chair Rentals (for children's parties).
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, and while our prices are non-negotiable, we strive to accommodate our clients as best we can. To make your event as stress-free as possible, we offer flexible payment plans including Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay, and more, so you can pay over time.
Please note that additional fees may apply for add-ons such as extra balloons, throne chair rentals, treat cart rentals, treat wall rental, adult table rentals, adult chair rentals, chiavari chair rentals, champagne wall rentals, marquee letters, inflatable rentals, customized items, mascots, and concession rentals. These items are only included in select package deals.
