How to Book Your Kiddie Party Setup

To book your kiddie party décor, please follow the steps below. Each design category is selected separately to allow for full customization of your event.

• Step 1: Select Your Kiddie Table Setup (Optional)
  
  Choose from Basic, Premium, Deluxe, or Luxury based on the look you would like for the children’s seating area.

• Step 2: Select Your Guest Table Setup

This option is for the adult seating area. Choose from Basic, Premium, Deluxe, or Luxury to coordinate with your overall party design.

• Step 3: Select Your Focal Point Design
  
  Choose your focal point package level (Basic, Premium, Deluxe, or Luxury), then select Option 1 or Option 2 within your chosen tier.

Each selection is combined to create your complete kiddie party setup. Pricing is based on the options selected in each category.

KIDDIE TABLE SET UPS

• BASIC KIDDIE TABLE - $285

INCLUDES: Basic Centerpiece, clear custom cup, custom juice, basic gable box, custom placemat w/ crayons, Kiddie table and chairs for 10 kids

• PREMIUM KIDDIE TABLE - $355

INCLUDES: Basic centerpiece,  clear plastic custom cup, custom juice, basic gable boxes, custom placemats w/ custom crayon boxes, premium chair decor(chair cutout/face mask), kiddie table and chairs for 10 kids.

• DELUXE KIDDIE TABLE - $410

INCLUDES: Basic centerpiece, clear plastic custom cup/themed cup, custom juice, 3D Gable boxes, canvases & paint, deluxe chair decor(tutus/custom apron + chair cutout/face mask), kiddie table and chairs for 10 kids

• LUXURY KIDDIE TABLE - $428

CUSTOM DESIGN BASED ON YOUR BUDGET

If a structured package does not align with your vision, we offer a Custom Design Based on Your Budget option.

This service allows our team to:

• Design around your investment range
  
• Prioritize key décor elements
  
• Create a cohesive, elevated setup without package limitations
  

This option is recommended for clients seeking full creative flexibility.

PACKAGE STRUCTURE & DESIGN INTEGRITY

Our packages are curated experiences and cannot be altered once selected.

• Add-ons may be added for an additional fee
  
• Add-ons enhance a package but do not modify its structure
  
• If desired changes exceed the package scope, a custom budget-based design is recommended
  

Substitutions, when necessary, are made at the discretion of Extraordinaire Affairs LLC to maintain design quality and value alignment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer flexible payment plans for your convenience.

Clients may:

• Pay in full, or
  
• Secure their event date with a retainer and complete the remaining balance through weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly installments
  

Payment schedules are finalized at booking and outlined in the service agreement.

ADD-ONS & ENHANCEMENTS

Additional décor elements may be added to enhance your experience, including:

• Balloon installations
  
• Throne chairs
  
• Treat carts & treat walls
  
• Custom signage & marquee numbers
  
• Rentals, mascots, and concession displays
